This includes one creek, two reservoirs, Spokin Lake water rights, 7 wells and natural springs.

Beside the huge hayfields, the ranch offers a woodlot with the long term lease and approximately 120,000 Cu. M of merchantable fir and spruce timber on the private land. There are three small lakes on the ranch and possible manure-soil producing pit. The ranch headquarters are situated on high bench lands, offering a panoramic vista overlooking the Borland valley. The property is owned by two partners / brothers. There are two homes and two guest/worker houses.
