Born and raised in the capital city of Victoria on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada, Norm's passion for Real Estate began as a Residential Appraiser in 1991. Norm worked as a Canadian Residential Appraiser designated with the Appraisal Institute of Canada as a Candidate CRA. Also over the past 18 years Norm has worked in the capacity of a Real Estate Consultant, Project Manager, Developer and finally as a Realtor with the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board. His education extends from his beginnings in Junior High at Brentwood College boarding school to College with a Diploma in Business Administration with a strong desire to expand in business.

Over the years Norm has developed a strong desire for integrity in his business activities and is well respected for his work in the Real Estate Industry and business community as a whole.

Currently, Norm and his wife Kelly-ann reside on Sunset Beach on the North Arm of Cowichan Lake. This 34 kilometer long lake is one of Vancouver Island's largest freshwater lakes and is a pristine recreational paradise. Enjoying the lifestyle that waterfront living provides, Norm has chosen to dedicate his Real Estate knowledge and background to marketing Vancouver Island's exceptional waterfront shoreline. Norm pilots a Cessna 180 float plane to cover the Island's 451 kilometers (282 miles) and the brief 30 minute flight to the mainland Vancouver.
