There are 3 simple ways to have your property or properties advertised on Waterfront West: - 1. Pay online with Visa or MasterCard using PayPal and post your advertisment/s immediately.
- Create your Waterfront West Advertiser Account, login to our site and create your advertisement. Next, select your package and proceed to PayPal's secure and encrypted website. Pay with your PayPal account using Visa or Mastercard and your advertisement/s will be posted immediately. PayPal cheques take 8 days to process after which you may publish your ad.
- 2. Pay by cheque, money order or credit card via phone.
- Create your Waterfront West Advertiser Account, login to our site and create your advertisement. Now, select your package and call or email us to let us know your method of payment. Once your payment is processed, we will notify you and publish your advertisement online.

- 3. Have Waterfront West Input Your Property Advertisement.*
- If you would prefer to have Waterfront West input your property details and set up your ad, simply create your Waterfront West Advertiser Account and select your package in the "Manage My Properties" area of the Property Management menu. Contact us before proceeding to the payment gateway.
- When we have received your order, we will collect the necessary property information. You may send us your photos via e-mail or snail mail. Once we have received your materials and payment has been processed, we will create your advertisement and notify you. Please allow three business days for us to process your ad.
- * For all 6 month individual property packages, this service is free of charge; however, for monthly paid advertisements, there is an initial one time service charge if $20 to create your ad.
- Attention Subscribers (Agents, Developers & Multiple Property Owners):
- All subscribers are able to enroll and begin adding properties following the above instructions. Additional subscriber advertising (in the "Find an Agent" or "Find a Development" Sections) is created manually. Once we receive your subscription request and payment, you may begin adding properties and we will e-mail you a request for information regarding what you would like to appear in your directory listing (i.e. description, logo, etc.). Your directory listing will be completed within 3 business days of receipt of these ad materials.
