Packages for Developers If you are a Developer or Builder, save money with our advertising packages. All of our packages include an advertisement for your project in the "Find a Development " section of our Web site (please see out menu to the left), plus Bronze, Silver or Gold advertisements which appear in our regular search database. Bonus: You can start adding properties immediately or edit your properties or "Profile" anytime 24/7 free of charge! All prices are quoted in Canadian funds and subject to 6% GST.
"Find a Development" Section If you would like your development to appear in our "Find a Development " ONLY, prices are as follows. Advertisements include all information in the graph listed above with the exception of the unlimited Bronze, Silver and Gold advertisements which appear in our regular search database.
Directory (Find an Agent, Development, Service Provider) advertisements are created manually and will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of payment and materials. If you are interested solely in a Directory advertisement, please create an advertiser account (pay per ad), login to our site and go directly to Step #4 in the "Advertisers Instructions". Here, you may select your package-you do not need to proceed to the payment gateway yet. We will contact you to collect your advertising materials and organize payment. If you have more than one project to advertise in our "Find a Development " section, you may add additional projects for $19, $29 or $39 /month respectively. Waterfront West is an excellent place to find accredited investors looking to purchase shares in waterfront and water view developments around B.C.. Due to overwhelming demand and interest from our buyers, we will soon be opening up an "Investment Opportunities" section under our "Find a Development" section. Developers interested in advertising their investment opportunities on our site may choose one of two options: 1. Purchase one of our regular developer advertising packages as listed above. 2.
