Not a member? Creating your membership account is quick and easy. | A. Concierge Members
To become a FREE Concierge member, we only need your name and e-mail - you will not be required to enter any payment information! - 1. Click on the "Register" link located underneath the Visa/MC symbol to the left of the screen.

- 2. Choose a User Name and Password for your membership and fill out the blank spaces.
- 3. Choose the "Buyers' Club" option from the drop down menu. Now click "Send Registration."
- 4. We will send a confirmation e-mail with a link, which you must click to verify your membership. This will allow you to activate your account and view our Concierge resources immediately.
If you would like to sign-up for our Newsletter, you may do so from within the Concierge area. Your personal information will not be sold or redistributed.

If you are not already registered, please follow these steps:
- 1. Click the "Register" button in the top menu.
2. Fill out the information form and create your User Name and Password.
- If you are signing up for an Agent or Developer monthly or yearly subscription, choose the "Subscriptions" designation from the drop down menu. Subscriptions enable you to enter multiple properties. All other sellers choose "Pay Per Ad" to sign-up for a single property advertisement or enhancement.
- 3.Next, click "Send Registration." We will send a confirmation e-mail with a link, which you must click to verify your account. This will allow you to enter our system where you can organize your contact information, create, pay for and publish your ad.

- Don't want to pay online? No problem.
- If you would like to pay by cheque, e-mail transfer or phone in your credit card number, complete steps #1, 2 & #3. Login to your account and create your ad. When you arrive at the page with payment options under "Manage My Properties", choose your package and simply e-mail us at

us or call us at 1-866-799-WEST (9378) to let us know how you will be paying. Once payment is received, we will manually publish your ad.
- If you do not know how to post your ad and would like us to do this for you, no problem! There is a one time $12 service fee per property for monthly packages; however, our 6 month individual ad packages include this service free of charge. As above, follow steps #1, #2,verify your account and e-mail or call us for further instructions. We will send you a property information form to fill out and will need you to send us your pictures by e-mail or snail mail (plus payment, of course) to get started.
