Email alerts can be created in two ways (in both cases, at any time you can change your alert criteria, temporary disable the alert or delete it forever):

Option 1:
To create an email alert open the property advanced search page, fill in your search criteria and run the search. Regardless of whether or not the search successful, you can save the search and set up the alert by clicking the red link "Create Alert" (available at the module) and periodically you will receive an email with links to new properties that match your search criteria.

Option 2:
Set the alert criteria by filling in the form below and click "Submit":
