As a service to our valuable buyers, we have created our Concierge. As a Concierge member, you will be provided with innovative free services designed to give you an edge in the market, while being introduced to some of the best hand selected services, spas and resorts that B.C. has to offer.

Our Concierge members have access to:

What's the catch?

Nothing. We do as much for our buyers as possible because when you buy a property or use a service advertised on Waterfront West, our advertisers are happy.

We will not redistribute your personal information outside of our company. Furthermore, we do not forward your name or contact information to our agents, private sellers, developers or service providers. We give you the freedom to contact them directly in regards to a property or service of interest.

When you sign-up for our Concierge, we just ask for your name and  e-mail. From time to time, we take polls to find basic demographic information. We use this general information to let our advertisers know that they are reaching a qualified audience of buyers and to help us define the geographic locations of our buyers.

If you would like to partake in our spa and resort benefits, simply fill out our additional form once you are logged on to the site and use our site email when making property enquiries.

We may use our general buyer statistics for our press releases or other facets of our own marketing. A possible story, for example, could contain the heading "Alberta Buyers Love B.C. Waterfront." We would then explain the percent of our buyers who are from Alberta.
